A network inventory is only as good as its data. These are common ingestion approaches used with Kuwaiba:
1) Initial data load (migration)
- Extract from existing inventories and spreadsheets
- Transform to a consistent naming/identifier scheme
- Load objects first, then relationships
- Validate with rules and reconciliation reports
2) Ongoing reconciliation
- scheduled imports from discovery sources
- change detection & difference reporting
- governance workflows for approval (where needed)

- API-driven updates from activation, work orders, and field tools
